Location: Parsons, Kansas, United States

We are Andrew and Rebecca Shepard. Married August, 2003, we have one son, Justice Michael and one daughter Felicity Anne. Our beautiful home in Parsons was built by Andrew as a wedding gift to me. For the first three years of married life I worked full time with him for his company, 'Shepard Construction'. Now I am mostly a stay at home mom and book-keeper for the business. Andrew primarily builds new homes, something we both love. I usually help our customers design and select finishes, and Justice loves getting to help out on all aspects of construction! We feel very blessed to be able to work together as a family!

Fun With New Shoes and DressUp!

Felicity is walking everywhere. - Here she is trying out some new shoes.
*sigh*
Love little girl clothes! :)

All smiles!

Adorble little feet!! :)

So we picked up some Dollar Store girly dress up stuff. SO fun!! :)

Pink hat and beads

She kept putting the feather boa on me... which was hot and itchy- but oh so glamorous!! ;)

Justice got out his cowboy hat and lasso....

And sister tried to sneak in and snatch the hat....

Although when Justice tried to share it, - she wouldn't wear it.  Hmmmm. Independant streak in this one!!

Justice tries out the feather boa cowboy look, which he thinks is silly, and girly.

So he gets out his 'warrior' outfit.
And demonstrates some fighting moves for our protection!

Put another hat on her that is TOOO cute!

She keeps wanting to take it off....

And I keep putting it back on....

I tell her not to take it off. - She gives 'the lip'. Which is THE most adorable thing in the WORLD!

She forgets about for a little while.....

Awwwww...

Thats all folks!!
Hey,- I know it was July, - but when it is 112* out at 8:00 at night, - you get creative about  indoor play!
I never thought it possible to get cabin fever in summer.... but its that or burn up... sooo. Hope you are all staying cool! We are having the hottest summer here in over 50 years, with over 100* for weeks on end now,  (i heard in someplaces in Oklahoma just south of us, the hottest driest year since the dust bowl.)
I believe it.  Hoping we have a nice moderate fall, - though even cold temps are sounding good about now!
